Terms of Service
By engaging our production services, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. Ownership of Work Product
All footage, edits, deliverables, project files, and any other work product created by our company remain the sole property of the company until payment is received in full. No ownership rights, licenses, or usage rights are transferred to the client until full payment has been completed.
2. Delivery & Cloud Access
Final deliverables will be provided via cloud transfer or similar digital delivery method. Cloud-hosted files will remain accessible for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, continued hosting, re-uploads, or archival retrieval may not be possible or incur additional fees. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered materials within this timeframe.
3. Applicability
These terms apply to any and all services, projects, revisions, and work performed by the company, whether pursuant to a written agreement, estimate, invoice, or verbal authorization.
Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
